Senior Project Manager
Location : Montreal

The candidate will be reporting directly to the Vice President, Program Management and will have the following responsibilities;

• Developing and tracking project schedules for complex hardware and software projects
• Leading and aligning project core teams around a common set of goals
• Developing creative solutions to project challenges
• Project risk management using formal risk management techniques
• Leading the execution and delivery of projects on time and on budget
• Developing the structure for delivery of multiple software releases
• Developing and tracking the metrics of success for the project
• Managing dependencies both across teams and external to the company
• Reporting progress internally and externally to key customers and partners
• Integrating customers’ schedules and requirements into internal schedules.

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in one of the following industries: semiconductor, wireless, software, consumer electronics
• Be available to travel from 10% to 40% North America Domestic & Internationally
• Formal Project Management training
• Experience with managing semiconductor development
• Experience with managing software development
• Experience in managing multi-site international projects
• Ability to prioritize and maintain focus in dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
