Raj Singh President and Chief Executive Officer Raj Singh brings over 25 years of international business experience to Wavesat. Mr. Singh joins Wavesat from MoSys (Nasdaq: MOSY), a provider of high-density system-on-chip (SoC) embedded memory solutions, where he was VP of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to that, he was Executive VP Worldwide Sales of Virage Logic (Nasdaq: VIRL) for 3 years and led the company to significant revenue growth during his tenure. Before joining Virage Logic, Mr. Singh was a founder, Executive VP and General Manager at 3Dlabs until its acquisition by Creative Technology (Nasdaq:CREAF) in 2002. He also played a major role in its IPO and acquisitions of Dynamic Pictures and Intense3D. Mr. Singh also spent five years with Dupont (NYSE: DD), where he was a business manager and VP of the company's Pixel operation.

Anil Barot VP Marketing and Business Development Anil Barot has over 20 years of extensive wireless industry experience. Mr. Barot has served in numerous leadership roles at Motorola including Global Product Management, Business Development, and Product Strategy for Wireless Broadband Access Technologies (LTE & WiMAX). Prior to joining Wavesat, Anil served as Sr. Director of Motorola’s Broadband Strategy & Ecosystem Alliances including Silicon, Consumer Devices and Network Infrastructure solutions. He was instrumental in the successful restructuring of the 3G product to improve competitive position and drive profitable growth of worldwide 3G business. He also managed business development & marketing of 3G devices in the consumer product segment. Mr. Barot holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University with a focus on Marketing, Finance & Strategy. |

Jonathan Labs Vice President, Core Technology and CTO Jonathan Labs has been with Wavesat since 1997 and has been the key leader in the development of Wavesat’s OFDM/DSP technology and core IP. Dr. Labs served as Chief Scientist between 2003 and 2008, leading all PHY algorithm development for Wavesat’s silicon solutions. Dr. Labs has also been an active member of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group since July, 2001, and was appointed as the Chair of the 802.16 Maintenance Task Group since December, 2004. This Group oversees the development of the 802.16 corrigenda and revision projects. Dr. Labs received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, in 1986 and his Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Stanford University in Stanford, California in 1992. |

James Pekarsky Chief Financial Officer (CFO) James Pekarsky brings over 25 years of financial expertise to Wavesat with extensive experience in both private and public companies in the semiconductor industry. Prior to Wavesat, Mr. Pekarsky held the CFO position at a number of semiconductor companies including MoSys (Nasdaq: MOSY), AccelChip (acquired by Xilinx) and Virage Logic (Nasdaq: VIRL). He also held senior finance and operations positions at Mentor Graphics (Nasdaq: MENT) and Bio Rad (Nasdaq BIO). During his career, Mr. Pekarsky has completed numerous M&A transactions, raised multiple rounds of venture financings, led Virage Logic’s IPO and helped several companies successfully scale during periods of rapid revenue and headcount growth. Mr. Pekarsky holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University. |

Mark Netto Vice President, Finance Mark Netto has been with Wavesat for more than 11 years and has overall responsibility for the financial control and administration within Wavesat. Prior to joining us, Mark served as Corporate Accountant at Kaufel Group, a public company that was listed on the TSE. Mark began his career at KPMG in Montreal, where he worked closely with a number of technology companies. Mark is a Certified General Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University.

Ehsan Rashid Vice President, Operations Ehsan Rashid brings over 23 years of Semiconductor experience to Wavesat. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations for Virage Logic.. In addition to his Operations role, Rashid served as VP of Japan Sales for Virage. Prior to joining Virage in April 2003, Rashid served as VP/GM of Access Products Division at Com21, a Broadband Equipment provider to the Cable industry. From December 1997 to May 1999, Rashid served as Senior Director of HW, SW, and System Applications Engineering in the Consumer Digital Entertainment Division of VLSI Technology. He assumed responsibility for all Set-top chipset and SW development within Philips Semiconductor when Philips acquired VLSI. Prior to VLSI/Philips, Rashid served as Director of Engineering at Hitachi Micro Systems, and spent over 8 years at Hewlett-Packard Company in various technical and management roles. Rashid holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley. |

Steve Pequegnat Vice President, Software Engineering and Program Management Steve Pequegnat brings 30 years of experience in the “On Time” delivery of first class software products to Wavesat. Prior to Wavesat, he served as VP of Engineering at Natural Convergence where he was involved in the development & delivery of a carrier grade, hosted VoIP platform. Previous to NCI, Steve was at IBM/Rational Software where he was responsible for the Release Management of a number of product initiatives including the Rational Portfolio Manager product, the Visual Modeling products (Rational Software Architect, Rational Software Developer and Rational Software Modeler) and the Rational Developer Studio product suite. Prior to tenures at IBM & Rational Software, Steve was involved in the Release Management, Product Verification and Documentation initiatives for the ObjecTime Developer product set at ObjecTime Limited. Prior to ObjecTime, at Mitel Corporation Steve ran a development and delivery team which introduced innovative switching and applications products for the CTI markets. Steve has held senior roles in release management, product management, project management and development management throughout his career. |
